Though we're still a few weeks off from the roll out of Warzone 2 Season 2, Raven Software have confirmed just some of the changes coming to the battle royale on Feb. 15.
Activision previously announced that the new season's content update would be coming a little later than expected, getting an almost two-week delay and launching on Feb. 15 rather than the expected Feb. 1.
While this has left fans feeling even more curious about what's to come in the new content update, both Infinity Ward and Raven Software have given little glimpses at upcoming content.
Warzone 2 Devs Say Major Looting Changes Coming in Season 2
In a recent tweet, Raven Software confirmed that looting changes will be part of the Season 2 update.
“Player eliminations and all loot containers will now pop floating loot out onto the floor!” the tweet read. Previously, players have had to do more invasive methods of looting, searching through opponent backpacks and various chests.
With this upcoming change, players will be able to pick up loot far more easily, keeping them tuned into the action almost seamlessly.
Infinity Ward and Raven Software revealed that a studio blog detailing more of the upcoming changes, and in greater depth, will be posted sometime this week.
