To get Todoroki in Fortnite, players must purchase the skin from the Item Shop. Unlike Fortnite's collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen, there is no way to get Todoroki (or any of the new My Hero Academia skins) by any other means. In fact, the My Hero Academia Quests only reward XP.
The skin comes with a Half-Cold alternate style and the Cold Heat Wings Back Bling.
