FIFA 23 World Cup Phenoms promotion is apparently the next Ultimate Team promotion, according to a leak by FutSheriff.
The reputable leaker stated Tuesday on Twitter that World Cup Phenoms is coming Friday, Dec. 9 and the promotion will be centered around the stars 24-years-old and younger at the World Cup in Qatar. Many fans immediately compared this leak to the Future Stars promotion which happens each year spotlighting the best up-and-coming youngsters from around the world. This time, the promotion should focus on players who have starred in Qatar.
FutSheriff also leaked the English and Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Jude Bellingham, will receive a card during World Cup Phenoms.
FIFA 23 World Cup Phenoms Promotion Leaked, Starts Dec. 9
As stated on EA Sports' website corroborating the leak, a new promotion and card design is set to arrive on Dec. 9 during the World Cup festivities. There will be one more World Cup themed promotion on Dec. 16 as well presumably the Team of the Tournament.
Of the players at the World Cup, here are some favorites outside of the already leaked Bellingham to feature during World Cup Phenoms:

- Tyler Adams - Leeds United / England
- Goncalo Ramos - Benfica / Portugal

- Enzo Fernandez - Benfica / Argentina
EA Sports will have to balance this promotion with an expected Team of the Tournament considering a number of players can feature in both squads.
