FIFA 23 Serie A Player of the Month voting and nominees have been revealed, with fans excited to see who will become the first POTM in FIFA 23.
With the Serie A season off to an electrifying start and FIFA 23's release only weeks away, it's only natural that FIFA would begin collecting votes to determine who the Serie A POTM for August will be. Whoever is selected as the POTM for Serie A will be honored as a unique untradeable player item in FUT 23, featuring increased stats and ratings which correlate to their on field success. The special POTM cards will be earnable through themed SBCs.
As in years past, POTM voting and SBCs will be available for Premier League, Bundesliga, LaLiga, Ligue 1, Serie A and Eredivisie.

Nominees
Here are the nominees for FIFA 23's Serie A POTM SBC:
- Paulo Dybala - ST / Roma - Two goals, one assist, 81% pass accuracy
- Teun Koopmeiners - MF / Atalanta - Four goals, 77% pass accuracy
- Kvicha Kvaratskhelia - MF / Napoli - Three goals, one assist, 81% pass accuracy
- Lautaro Martinez - ST / F.C. Inter Milan - Three goals, one assist, 81% pass accuracy
- Dusan Vlahovic - ST / Juventus. - Four goals, 73% pass accuracy
Not an easy choice by any means. Firepower alone makes Vlahovic the clear front runner. Let's be honest, FUT managers don't recruit for accuracy or assists. It's all about the goals. Vlahovic, projected as an 84 overall rating based on an early roster leak, will likely stand to upgrade a few points if he is voted POTM. In that respect, fans with research skills could benefit from voting for players with higher base ratings.
