The FIFA 22 Premier League Team of the Season Nominees have been revealed. There are 40 nominees for this year's Premier League TOTS, featuring some big names who all deserve a look.
There are 15 midfielder nominees to vote from for the PL TOTS. Here's the full list of midfield nominees for the Premier League TOTS.

These players controlled the midfield all season in the Premier League, serving up great assists and even putting the ball in the back of the net themselves. In our Premier League TOTS predictions, we had Chelsea players N'Golo Kante and Mason Mount in the midfield, alongside Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne. But, no Chelsea players have been nominated. The reason remains unclear.
Therefore, since only De Bruyne stands in our predictions, we'll swap out Kante and Mount with two other deserving players in our vote: Arsenal's Bukayo Saka and West Ham's Declan Rice. Saka has led a revival in Arsenal's squad this year, and has emerged as one of the best young English talents in the entire league. The same goes for Declan Rice, who has become England's top CDM choice, and anchors the West Ham midfield that has been rock solid all season.
Honorable mentions go to Manchester City's Bernardo Silva and Rice's teammate Jarrod Bowen, who also have had great campaigns this year in the Premier League.
