Yveltal is Pokemon GO's newest five-star raid as a part of its current Season of Light.
Starting on Sept. 27 and ending on Oct. 8, players can battle Yveltal in hopes of adding it to their team. Here's what you need to know to successfully prepare for the challenge.
Yveltal is a dark- and flying-type Pokemon who first appeared in Generation VI. Its main catch CP is 2073-2160, however, during fog and windy weather, it will receive a boost to 2591-2701. Its diverse charge moveset includes Hurricane, Focus Blast, Hyper Beam, Psychic, and Dark Pulse, so it's best to be mindful of Pokemon who may be weak to these moves. Its Fast Moves are Snarl, Sucker Punch and Gust. Yveltal's stats are fairly high, so a team of three or more is recommended to be successful in challenging it.
