Where Winds Meet was recently formally announced at Gamescom 2022, and players are wondering which platforms the game will come to. At the moment, Where Winds Meet is only planning to release on PC.
Not much is known about the recently announced Where Winds Meet other than that it's being developed by Chinese developer Everstone Games. The trailer they revealed at Gamescom 2022 shows a beautiful open-world that clearly takes visual and gameplay inspiration from FromSoft titles. Still, the game clearly has its own inspirations, as elements of traditional Chinese culture give the world its life. There also has not been an announced release date as of yet, though given the massive scale of the project, a release sometime in late 2023 or early 2024 wouldn't be surprising.
Where Winds Meet Playable Platforms Listed
As of now, Where Winds Meet is only listed to release eventually on PC. We don't know what distributors will be releasing the title such as Steam and Epic Games Store. While a console released has yet to be announced, it would not be surprising to see Where Winds Meet come to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Ultimately, very little is still known about Where Winds Meet, and it will likely be several months before the next big announcement is revealed which will likely be the release date.
