One key tip that Metaphor mentioned for this PPSh, is that you never want to aim down sights, always hip fire.
The scope added to the PPSh may seem odd for an SMG, but it has a point. It adds more recoil control and only hurts your aim down sight speed, which doesn't matter anyway.
