Upcoming Apex Legends Ball Game LTM, Titanfall Map Apparently Leaked

An Apex Legends leak has perhaps revealed the next limited-time mode (LTM) that Respawn Entertainment is whipping up for its players, and it appears to offer a refreshing change of pace.

With the countdown to Apex Legends Season 13Â continuing on and Defiance's Control LTM being securely in the rearview, it certainly seems like a fun new mode could be just right around the corner.

On Monday, HYPERMYST posted a video showcasing what appears to be leaked footage on an "Acquire the Ball" LTM in Apex Legends.

The clip shows that the game is won by whichever team scores five goals first, with the "ball" being a frag grenade.

Aside the dedicated goal-scoring celebration noise, perhaps the biggest eye-opener of the clip is the fact that the map they're playing on appears to be Colony from Titanfall and Titanfall 2.

"I wonder how much titanfall lore we are going to get cause a map that may be on typhon and colony would just be weird to put in with no explanation," Ajbadboy_24 replied in the comments.

The video also shows what appears to be an upcoming team deathmatch map consisting of a city on Storm Point. Complete with an ocean view in addition to plenty of verticality and angles to play of off, the TDM map looks like pure chaotic fun waiting to happen.

Ultimately, of course, the leaks can be taken with a grain of salt as they are far from an official, finished product.

However, if the ball game and TDM LTMs, as well as the Colony map, were to eventually make their way over to Apex Legends, you could probably bet that they'd be solid hits given how different they are from much else we've seen in the popular title thus far.
