The Lords of the Fallen playable platforms is pretty limited. With a 2023 release window and a Wishlist button on Steam, the game doesn't have a lot of information currently available.

The Lords of the Fallen will be playable on multiple platforms. Based on their announcement trailer, the game is available for PS5, Xbox X/S, and PC. That's good news for all console fans, but based on what's known, all older generation consoles will not be able to handle this game.
Described as another Elden Ring, players should be excited to try it out come 2023.
