SEGA are teaming up with Squishmallows for a line of Sonic the Hedgehog 10" collectible Squishmallows. Here's how to pre-order each character.
Squishmallows are a collection of incredibly soft plush toys, often in the shapes of adorable animals and creatures. The toys have taken the world by storm, appealing to collectors of all things cute and soft. But recently, the brand has ventured into videogame collaborations, bringing iconic characters to life in plump, squishable form.
Previously, Squishmallows partnered with The Pokémon Company, introducing a line of Pokémon-themed Squishmallows in the shapes of characters such as Pikachu, Gengar and Snorlax. Now, it seems the next iconic character to get the Squishmallow treatment is Sonic the Hedgehog and friends.
Sonic the Hedgehog Squishmallows: All Characters, Price, How to Pre-Order
Announced earlier today by SEGA via Twitter, four Sonic the Hedgehog characters will be available as collectible Squishmallows. These include:
- Sonic the Hedgehog
- Shadow the Hedgehog
- Knuckles the Echidna
- Tails
The four Squishmallows are currently available to pre-order via the SEGA Shop in the UK and Europe only.
Each of the Sonic the Hedgehog Squishmallows can be pre-ordered for £19.99. The items are expected to ship in August 2023.
At the time of writing, SEGA has yet to confirm a release for the themed Squishmallows in the US. However, it is possible that the line will be made available in other markets in the future.
