This new card is 90 rated, a +2 increase over his World Cup Stories item which also celebrated the same goal. Unfortunately, this new card is not a major upgrade over the 88 rated item.

According to FUTBIN, this SBC is coming in around 450,000 coins to complete from scratch. A wild price considering it is a minimum upgrade over his World Cup Stories card. Players can purchase the World Cup Stories card for 130,000 coins less than this SBC.
As well, players who have been playing since launch should have a Ones to Watch Richarlison which was free to earn. That item as well can continue to upgrade throughout FIFA 23. It's not guaranteed, but the OTW item can exceed this 90 rated item.
