Soon after Pokémon Scarlet and Violet launch on Nintendo Switch on Nov. 18, players will be able to participate in Tera Raid Battle events. Here is what players can expect when they participate in these upcoming Tera Raid Battle events.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Tera Raid Battle Explained
Tera Raid Battle events will let players encounter a specific Pokémon or a Pokémon who utilizes certain Tera Types. Players will know when they enter a Tera Raid Battle when they find a Tera Raid crystal that starts to glow with a mysterious aurora.
The first Tera Raid Battle event is an Evee Spotlight which will occur from Nov. 24 to Nov. 27. Evee will appear more frequently and have many different Tera Types. Players are encouraged to battle in groups whether it be friends or family.
It is important to note that players will need to be subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online in order to attempt the Tera Raid Battle events. Players will also need to have downloaded the latest Poké Portal News in order to encounter the Tera Raid Pokémon. This is nothing to worry about as long as players are connected online which they will need to be in order to use their Nintendo Switch Online account. So be sure to make sure your internet has a decent connection later in the month when beginning the Evee Tera Raid Battle event.
Pokémon fans will have their hands full this holiday season with the numerous Pokémon GO events and the release of generation nine just days away.
