NBA 2K23 once again revamps the dribbling controls for the series, as well as introduces several new ones.
As initially unveiled in the weeks leading up to the release of NBA 2K23, gameplay director Mike "Beluba" Wang and the developer team have not only added two new gesture combos for both Current and Next Gen, but they also swapped out pre-made Signature Combos for more organic movements like Attacking Size-Ups.
For those looking to expand their bags with the rock, here's a breakdown of all of the dribble controls in NBA 2K23 on Current and Next Gen.
- Sprint: Hold Right Trigger (R2/RT) and move Left Stick (LS) in any direction.
- Signature Size-Up: Quickly move and release Right Stick (RS) in various directions and speeds to perform special signature size-up combo moves.
- In and Out: Move RS up-right then quickly release when dribbling with right hand, and vice versa.
- Hesitation: Move RS right then quickly release when dribbling with right hand, and vice versa.
