Appearing in raids from May 3 to May 10, Mega Latios is a Psychic and Dragon type Pokemon with useful attack options in battle. Mega Latios' charge moves can be strong, but cost 100 Candy and 100,000 Stardust to unlock secondary moves.

After defeating Mega Latios, you have the chance to catch it for yourself. Once you have it, this Pokemon will go back to its regular type. 300 Mega Energy is needed to evolve it back into that form. Be careful to use this only when you plan on playing for a specific amount of time, as your Latios will remain Mega Evolved for eight hours.
