Mauro Junior FIFA 22 challenges went live April 29 as the Brazilian defender received an Eredivisie Team of the Season item in objectives.
The PSV defender is one of two objective cards released on April 29 alongside a Community TOTS card for Daniel Parejo. The latter's objectives must be completed in a Live FUT Friendly playlist, but Mauro Junior's card is earned through Squad Battles or Rivals which should entice players to get this done.
This is the first special card for Mauro Junior and a massive upgrade at 89 overall, up from 74 with his Rare Silver card. Also, a wild position change considering his Silver card is a CAM.

Here's how to complete the FIFA 22 Team of the Season Mauro Junior objective:
- Mauro's Moves: Score in three separate Squad Battles matches on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals) using players with four-star skill moves
- Double Delight!: Score two goals using Eredivisie players in two separate Squad Battles matches on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals)
- Dynamic in Defense: Assist using a defender in three separate Squad Battles matches on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) with at least five Eredivisie players in your starting squad
- Brazilian Barrage: Score using Brazilian players in eight Squad Battles wins on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals)
A simple set of objectives to earn an 89 overall special item. Plus, considering some of the special items in the Eredivisie TOTS squad, and the other items released from that league this FUT cycle, they should be easy to complete along the way.
