Obsidian's shrunken survival game Grounded has been given its full release, but is it on PlayStation?
Grounded sees four kids shrunken down to the size of an ant thanks to an experiment gone wrong. The player chooses to control one of the four protagonists (Max, Willow, Pete or Hoops) and must survive in the backyard, which becomes a hostile wilderness from such a tiny perspective. Manage hunger and thirst, gather resources, and build bases, all while trying to uncover the mystery of how you got there and how to return to normal size.
The game was originally released as an early access game in 2020, for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. As of Sept. 27, 2022, Grounded has been released in full. Having gained some traction the last few days, players might be wondering if that can jump in on PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5.
Is Grounded on PS4/PS5?
At the time of writing, Grounded is not available to play on either the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5. Having been developed by now-Microsoft owned Obsidian Entertainment, Grounded is an Xbox and PC exclusive.
Players can check out Grounded on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC. The game is also available on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
