Are Fortnite and LEGO teaming up for an upcoming collaboration? Here's what you need to know.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 dropped over a month ago, and despite a few glitches, fans have been enjoying the new update. Along with Chapter 4, Fortnite already released a collaboration with My Hero Academia, bringing new skins, items, and rewards to the game.
With a possible LEGO collaboration on the horizon, fans can expect similar LEGO-inspired drops if the rumors turn out to be true.
Is Fortnite Getting a LEGO Collaboration?
According to GMatrixGames, a LEGO x Fortnite crossover is coming to the popular battle royale in the future.
"Epic is working on something in UEFN that has to do with LEGO bricks, including having a full Brick Database for Unreal Engine," GMatrixGames reports. Their theory is "that this will be a LEGO island."
Popular YouTuber, Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson, collaborated with Fortnite to host a challenge on Mr. Beast Island earlier in Chapter 4 Season 1, so a LEGO island seems like a solid prediction for this leaked crossover.
ShiinaBR, another source of Fortnite leaks, reported that the release date for this collaboration "is still quite a while away."
Although Epic Games has yet to confirm a LEGO crossover, fans now have another exciting addition to anticipate — a rumored Family Guy collaboration. It is important to remember though, that these leaks unfortunately might not come to fruition, with development subject to change anytime ahead of release.
