Players will need to have progressed up until Cappella Manga, which is the fifth stage in the game. At this point players will also need to be equipped with the Yellow Sign, a relic that helps discover hidden items. In order to get the Yellow Sign, travel to the Holy Forbidden, a secret area in the game that's only unlockable by defeating Moon Trinacria.

Once entering Cappella Manga turn right and use the Milky Way Map to examine the surrounding area. The coffin will be marked as a white question mark, so travel towards there. When players arrive at the coffin they'll have to deal with numerous enemies spawning in to guard the area, but after taking them all out, the coffin will open and players will finally be rewarded with Zi'Assunta Belpaese.
