In order to sign up for the World of Warcraft Dragonflight, players have to visit the official World of Warcraft website, specifically the page featuring all of the details on Dragonflight. At the very bottom of the page, there is a button that says "Beta Opt-In" that prompts players to enter their Blizzard account details. Once that is done, players will have a possible chance at receiving an invite, though it is not guaranteed.
