Fortnite update v26.20 is here with three new Reality Augments perfect for Zero Build.
The big news from the latest Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 patch is the return of Star Wars to Epic Games' Battle Royale. Players can now unlock Ahsoka Tano, the "secret" Fortnite Last Resort Battle Pass skin, after completing a handful of quests. Plus, Lightsabers are back on the island with special Force abilities.
Along with the Star Wars invasion, Fortnite update v26.20 also features gameplay updates, including a few new and unvaulted Reality Augments. Here's a breakdown of all the added perks in today's patch notes, per Epic Games.
Fortnite Update v26.20 Adds New Reality Augments: Full List
Here's the full list of the new and unvaulted Reality Augments in Fortnite update v26.20:
- Marksman Headshots: Marksman Rifle headhsots will deal increased damage.
- More Parkour: Briefly regenerates your Energy each time you mantle.
- Soaring Sprints: Jump higher and with lower gravity while sprinting.
Although the new Reality Augments are not as good as First Assault or First Shotgun, they are still solid options for players, especially in Zero Build. Soaring Sprints helps navigate the treacherous jungle biome, and More Parkour's mantling bonus is much needed without builds.
Marksman Headshots, the only new Reality Augment, will likely only be popular with a select group of fans. Not many Fortnite players run the Thermal DMR, so Marksman Headshots will be of no use to a large portion of the community.
Fortnitemares Reality Augments Leaked
With October less than a week away, Fortnitemares Reality Augments leaked. Although the Halloween-themed perks are not in Fortnite update v26.20, they are coming very soon. Check out all the leaked Fortnitemares Reality Augments, per iFireMonkey.
- Ninja Training: Increased movement speed while crouching.
- Trick or Treat: Halloween Candy gives +10 extra healing.
- Witchy Warrior: Witch Broom Cooldown is 20% faster.
- Farm Fresh: Farm items give +10 extra healing.
The rumored Reality Augments reveal the return of Halloween Candy and Broomsticks just in time for Halloween. Epic Games, though, has not confirmed these leaks.
