FIFA 23 Premier League October POTM voting is now live featuring eight standout players.
EA Sports releases Player of the Month SBCs for multiple leagues in FIFA Ultimate Team each month. Players cast their votes for a select number of nominees and the winner receives a special SBC item available for an extended period of time. These SBCs are a great chance to upgrade squads or continue to build out theme teams over the course of a FUT cycle.
The Premier League October Player of the Month nominees were revealed Nov. 3. Here are the nominees, how to vote and the expected SBC release date.

Here are the eight nominees and their accomplishments from October:
- Miguel Almiron - RM / Newcastle United - Six goals in five wins and one draw
- Kevin De Bruyne - CM / Manchester City - Two goals and three assists in four wins and one loss
- Bruno Guimaraes - CM / Newcastle United - Two goals and two assists in five wins and one draw
- Erling Haaland - ST / Manchester City - Six goals and two assists in four wins and one loss
- Kepa Arrizabalaga - GK / Chelsea - Three clean sheets in three wins, two draws and one loss
- Kieran Trippier - RB / Newcastle United - Two assists in five wins and one draw
- Leandro Trossard - LM / Brighton - Five goals in one win, two draws and three losses
- Granit Xhaka - CDM / Arsenal - Two goals in four wins and one draw
Fans of certain clubs might be inclined to vote for their player no matter what, but there are two key indicators in likely determining who will win the POTM SBC: goal contributions and a team's monthly record.
Haaland and Almiron are the two that stand out as likely favorites to win the award. Almiron provided on average a goal a game in an undefeated month for Newcastle United which has propelled the club into the top four. Haaland had the most goal contributions of the nominees with eight, but City lost its first match of this campaign to Liverpool in October. Considering Haaland remains one of, if not the most popular striker to use in FIFA 23, fans might choose to vote for him so they can add an untradeable, upgraded version to their clubs.

A release date has not been confirmed yet, but based on past tendencies the October POTM SBC should arrive next Friday, Nov. 11.
