The next EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team promotion has been leaked by FutSheriff on social media and it's apparently called Trailblazers.
FutSheriff, a reliable Ultimate Team community leaker, has stated that Trailblazers is coming this Friday, Oct. 13 following the end of Road to the Knockouts. Trailblazers would be the third promotion of the new game cycle and it appears this is a brand new idea from EA Sports.
EA Sports FC 24 Trailblazers Promotion Leaked
According to FutSheriff, Trailblazers will focus on PlayStyles+ specfically with promotional items. Promotional items will get a PlayStyles+ or a completely new one if they have one assigned to their base player item already. What's not known is if players who get a new PlayStyles+ that already have one will see their base one removed or added to.
There are questions around whether or not Trailblazers will replace Rulebreakers this year as well. The PlayStyles system has dramatically overhauled how players operate in game much like how AcceleRATE did in FIFA 23. Removing Rulebreakers for Trailblazers would give EA Sports the opportunity to immediately add new meta players while not compromising certain statistics that make players top tier.
Is Ultimate Scream Happening in FC 24?
As we near Halloween, players always hope for the return of Ultimate Scream. Though, there's no indication currently of the Halloween-themed promotion returning in FC 24. The promotion last appeared in FIFA 20 and was subsequently replaced by Rulebreakers as the annual October promotion. Now, with Trailblazers being leaked, it seems Rulebreakers is gone as well.
When Does FC 24 Trailblazers Start?
According to FutSheriff, Trailblazers will begin in FC 24 on Friday, Oct. 13 at 1 p.m. ET. At that time, Road to the Knockouts Team 2 players will leave packs making way for the new promotion. It's unknown if the promotion will feature two teams.
